1. Nature of Services

Accurex Solutions FZE provides consultancy and administrative support for business setup, company formation, and licensing in the UAE. We act as a private intermediary to facilitate these processes with the relevant authorities.

2. No Guarantee of Government Approval

While we strive for 100% success, the final approval of any trade license, visa, or corporate bank account rests solely with the respective UAE government authorities or financial institutions. Accurex Solutions FZE cannot be held liable for delays or rejections caused by changes in government policy or external regulatory decisions.

3. Fee Structure

• Service Fees: Our professional fees are for consultancy and administrative handling.

• Government Fees: These are third-party costs paid to the UAE authorities. Any increase in government fees during the processing period will be the responsibility of the client.

• Refund Policy: Professional fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated with the government authorities.

4. Accuracy of Information

The client is responsible for providing accurate and legal documentation (Passports, EIDs, Attested Certificates). Accurex Solutions FZE is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the submission of fraudulent or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Accurex Solutions FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability of the client to obtain a specific license or visa.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.
